Dispatch Timeframes

Physical Editions

I am an individual creator who ships everything out personally, and folks who know me will tell you that my diary is often jam-packed. As such, I can't promise that my dispatch times will be as good as a full retail store! I will, however, do my best to make sure that your order enters the postal system as quickly as possible. It'll usually be within 1–3 days, and I'll let you know if there are any problems or bigger delays.

Any major shipping delays, stock updates, etc. will be posted on this page.

Digital Editions

Download links for Darkened Hill & Dale are provided immediately following purchase of the Digital Edition. 

If purchasing a physical edition of Darkened Hill & Dale, a download code is included in the handouts folder. If you need your digital copy immediately, use the contact information below to get in touch as soon as possible.

Customs & Fees

Products are shipped from the UK. International customers may have to pay customs fees and other charges on receipt of your order, which you are liable for. This will vary by territory and order value, and I cannot advise on these potential costs.

UK tax does not currently apply to any product in this web shop.

EU Orders

This web shop does not currently ship physical products to EU countries. This is due to the recently-implemented and sweeping GPSR regulations, which have created administrative and financial burdens for those wishing to ship anything into the EU. 

I am working on a solution for this issue and hope to find a viable solution in the near future. I will announce the availability of EU shipping via my newsletter and Bluesky when this is resolved.

In-Person Collection

If you are going to meet me in person in the near future, we may be able to arrange an in-person delivery. Please contact me before your purchase to arrange this, and I will give you a code to remove the shipping cost from your order.

I often attend UK-based tabletop/videogame events (e.g. UKGE) and may be able to deliver copies at these by prior arrangement. Get in touch with me to find out which events I'll be attending.

I'm also regularly in the London Bridge and Canary Wharf areas of London, and may be able to arrange a handover in these areas. 

Gift Notes

If you want to ship something directly to another person as a gift and would like me to include a hand-written gift note on your behalf, please get in touch.

Upgrading from PDF to Physical Editions

If you backed Darkened Hill & Dale at PDF level on either Kickstarter or BackerKit and would now like to 'upgrade' to a physical edition, please get in touch before ordering.
